First steps for any platform
- Save your progress frequently.
- If performance degrades during a long session, close and relaunch the game.
- Check the official known-issues page for a build-specific workaround before changing several settings.
- Record platform, build, symptoms, and reproduction steps before reporting a bug.
PC checks
- Confirm the machine meets the official minimum requirements.
- Lower graphics quality or resolution if frame drops persist.
- Update GPU drivers and Windows; temporarily disable overlays such as Nvidia App or Discord.
- Verify game-file integrity in Steam.
- For a report, attach the relevant save/log files from
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Lazy Bear Games\Graveyard Keeper 2.
Console checks
- PlayStation: try restoring licenses, clearing system software cache, and using the console’s internal drive where applicable.
- Xbox: restart the console and use the internal drive where applicable.
- Nintendo Switch: use system storage where applicable, restart, check corrupt data, update software, or reset cache only after understanding what cache data is removed.
